Installing evolution 12

Hi guys.
I downloaded the demo version of evolution 12.
I then purchased a license but cannot activate it.
Do i have to remove demo version and install another version. Is there a written procedure ?

Hello Mark,
Yes, you need to completely uninstall the demo version first.
Then download the FULL version setup file from the following location (the DEMO setup file will not work):
https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as Administrator'.
Follow all prompts during installation, using the email address and password that you use to access answers.websitex5.com
