I think it's a special setting in your explorer that creates this strange view?

What explorer do you use? Is it in standard viewing options ?

Do you have another explorer on your android and how does it look there?

It is not explorer it is google chrome latest version on andriod tablet 8" HD Pro Series Tablet.

Try to clear the browser cache and then test it again since this page has max 3 objects on every row and it shouldn't show 4 on the same one.
