Your problem sounds very much like mine that I posted a few days ago. I too was using the Evolution 12 version. Every time I edited text, saved, which it did without error, then hit "Preview" the screen would freeze, sometimes before anything was displayed in the browser window and sometimes the page would display then freeze when I selected any Nav tab.

I followed all the advice given but it still didn't work. I've just tried it again with the same result. I don't seem to get any freezing when editing/changing photos but editing text is about 95% sure to create a freeze.

Having spent several hours on this, I found the "cure" was to download the Pro 12 version demo which works perfectly, apart from being able to export the file. I have now ordered the "Half Price" Pro 13 for next month and will keep my fingers crossed.

From my own, non-techie, point of view there seems to be a difference between the two versions, maybe something to do with the inbuilt browser?
