Dynamic content only editable in preview and not on site

I created several pages with dynamic content in them. I can edit the content (as admin) in the preview, but when the site is put online, I (or my customers) cannot edit. It won't recognize any passwords. What did I do wrong?

Did you create a login with an html object (pulldown menu) for the login for the members that need to edit? (a logout is also handy)
There is a difference between a hidden page ( you need a login to read it) and edit a dynamic conent, for that you need a login objec.

I used a hidden page. I think it's working now. Before, it would not recogbize a login (said it was not correct).
