How to get updated website after edits

I have a published website (http://www.urbanmissionumc.org). My users can edit certain dynamic text. Now they want some modifications to the website. The website as I have it saved is the original without any of the dynamic text edits that the customer has made. If I make changes to my saved project, and upload it to the ISP, will it overwrite all the edited dynamic text that the customer has changed?
If so, how can I get my saved project updated with the newest edits, so I can edit the correct version?

you created a data folder on your webspace in step4 writing acces folder there is the data of the dynamic object stored, you could make a backup if you wish.
But as long as you leave the dynamic object in tact the data will always be there even if you work on other pages or same page with other objects or even get a newer version.
