Scrambled pages after importing 12 to 13

After importing my website into ver. 13 my page look like this. If I remove one of the photos the page is normal. Why?

Does the page contains custom HTML code?
If you press the CTRL key while clicking the preview then it appears correctly?

I'm sorry but that didn't help. Many times when I add an item to an already existing design the page is scrambled, the footer is on top of the page, the background only covers half the page etc.. After the first update to vers. 13 my pages were suddenly wrong and I had to correct all the pages all over again.
