Lost the web site

I have today been creating a more up to date web site of my Hypnotherapy on the last but one version, I have spent 4 hours today doing, so, filled everything in, named it all and have been reviewing it quite regulalrly to look at it, 5 minutes ago I went to review and it crashed, now when I re open the programme the web site is not listed, WHY WHY WHY, Ive upgraded to the new version every time, even though had issues, but I cant believe I can not find all my work from this morning WHY

I am sure Incomedia will comment/assist, but I learnt some months ago after a catastophic loss in V12 that I can create a backup at any time by clicking the down arrow next to save (PRO). In my case it was a salutory lesson, but I now consider myself prepared for the next catastrophy. I no longer save and save often, I backup and backup often.

Thanks, Ive searched high and low , but still nothing, 4 hours later nearly back to where I was, really annoying you can not call them, only software IO know you have to communicate like this

I am sorry for your situation but unfortunately you should have done frequent back ups like Esahc has suggested. I am really sorry that you lost your work but unfortunately there is little we can do with this issue.
