Weather background picture

Help, what am I missing, I have just inserted a weather object and wanted to include a background picutre. When I preivew the background image doesn not show although it is visible when in edit mode (using Pro v13). I have resized the image but still it does not show.
Any help given would be appreciated.

Hi All,
As I said 'what am I missing', well it would seem that after I had uploaded my website all is well and the background image show through under the weather information. It also now works correctly in preview from V13. A minor clitch.
Problem solved aothough a mystery.
