Responsive Design Overlapping Objects at Lower Resolution on Version 13

I have just imported my files from Version 12 to Version 13. At the normal Desk Top Resolution of 920 px or greater, my design displays normally, but when it's reduced to 720, 480 or below, the website contents will ovelap each other. Is there a setting I need to tweak to get the contents to display correctly? Thanks.

Jerald, is it possible to post a link to your site so we can see the issue?
If you don't wish to replace your current site you could create a directory call new in the public_html directory and publish it there, then we could go to www.yourwebsite.com/new
I had the same issue, just go to template, customization, header and footer content, then click on the bar on the left with all the resolutions and manually fix each header for each resolution

Wow...THT, Youre absolutely right. That was the problem. Thanks alot. I'm manually fixing each one now.
