Could you please delete the version of the program you have now on your computer then download the latest update from the ''download'' section in your control panel?
When this has been completed, please add your licence key and register with your email address then let me know if you manage to install and use your software correctly.

I'm sorry, what version of Windows do you have on your computer? Did you install as administrator?
are your frameworks correctly installed?
