Changing properties in page section give no result

Hello,
I have bought the template Evelyn and try to change the properties in the page section: After opening the body tag, but evertything stays the same in Website Evolution 13.
When I do the same with this template in Website Evolution 11 everything is changing correct.
What have I done wrong?

in v13 you can create these settings now yourself, and don't need the advanced settings. I don't know exactly why cause I don't have the template.
But I would advice to start using slowly the row formats options and create the same effect this way. (test first in a test project to play around and get used to the way v13 works)
