I have this problem since I bought the Incomedia with license. I tried so many thing already. Tried to uninstall, reinstall, redownload again the software, update the framework 4.6.1, run as administrator, run cmd command : lodctr /R, close the firewall and antivirus, follows some thread related to this issue. But still can not work at all. And the support from Incomedia is very slow, until now still no response with my case.
For information, I am using Windows 7 32 bit, windows firewall, AVG antivirus.
For Incomedia support team, please help me. I don't want to feel regret for buying this software. I am looking forward for your response.

Hi Elisa,
There is no error message. When I run evo 13, I could not enter at all. I think the problem in imRegister.exe. I have done already to delete the folder in appdata for incomedia and tried to uninstall and reinstall back. But still not working. I searched in all threaded related to this issue in the community. I followed all the instruction but still the same condition.
Please give me any advice.
Hello Ageng,
which version of Windows 7 do you have? At least Windows 7 sp1 is needed to run the software. What happens when you click on the program to start it, nothing at all, or maybe the program opens and then shuts down?
Thanks, kind regards.

What version of Windows? 32 or 64 bit? You might be trying to run 64bit Website X5 on a 32 bit Windows install, or the other way around.
Hi Ageng - I read above that you have 32 bit Windows 7. Check that you have downloaded the 32 bit Version 13 of X5!

Hi Wayne,
Thanks for your advice, but how we know that the software that I have downloaded is 32 bit or 64 bit. I got the donwload link only single one. If when I ran the sofware in my computer, of course I will choose 32 bit if there was an option.

Hello Ageng Prasetya A.,
In this case try to repair the .NET Frameworks by following these steps:
o repair the .NET Frameworks 3.5 and 4 you need as first to use following cleanup tool to remove .NET 4:
http://cid-27e6a35d1a492af7.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog_Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
Once done go to Control Panel then choose Programs and Features and then click on Turn Windows features on or off. Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1
This procedure can take some time to deactivate and activate .NET 3.5.1 and once done reinstall .NET 4 after downloading it from following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
and then install the Visual C++ Libraries from following link:
2010 - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
2012 - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
2013 - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
Once done test it again.
Many thanks!
