Smooth moving between subpages

Please, can anyone knows how to get smooth effect moving between pages. (text - brightness / white - text) ? Is somewhere a simple way to set up? I will be appreciated to get the answer.

In Version 8, there was something similar, different effects when switching to another page, but later this feature was removed.
