Website x5 12 always crash - i cant even save my jobs

Hello,
i have a problem, the software (website x5 12 pro) that i used always crash without saving a work, it hurt me a lot because i just lost a phase that i wrote, is there any solution that can make it better?

Amir, I am sure Incomedia will point you at a number of potential solutions, or you can browse these posts to find similar issues and their solutions, but if you get any error message when it crashes, please take a screen shot and post it here to assist support in isolating your problem.
In the meantime I recommend making regular use of the down arrow next to Save and making frequent backups as you make changes to your project.
