Video is not playing in Preview, Googlechrome and firefox

I am thinking of buying Website X5 Evolution and I am trying de demo version, but when I put a video in mijn website and I want to preview it. It doesn't work. It sayes Your browser must support HTML5 or Adobe Flash. I looked on your support page and I dit everything they say but it stil does not work.
In an other Website making software the same video is working. So is there a problem in your software or can you help me fix it, because if it works there is a good chance that I buy the software.
I made the same website in Website X5 pro (demo version) and i have the same problem and the video is not playing in google Chrome and Firefox. It is playing in Microsoft Edge

Try to use mp4 format, this is less dependend on software drivers on the pc of visitors.
Also it is handy to install adobe flash player.

I use mp4 format and adobe flash player is installed. It is now only Google chrome where the video is not working. It start to play about 1 sec and than it stops.
