WebSite x5 ver 13 Pro keeps crashing constantly - at different operations, on different pages and at different times!
There has only been one time, that a crash report occured!
Kindly fix the problem - not now, but before now...or please return my payment for your product!
If your product doesn't work - don't sell it.
Best regards

Hello Ole
I understand You.
I am a user ( also DK ) from the early version 8, 10, 11 12 evolution and now 13 pro.
UNTIL this version 13, I meant that the software gave value for the money.
But this version 13 is a disaster. Not only does it not bring much extra features, but it is filled with bad programming or bugs. I really hope that when they have the software up and running, that they will reward those (us) patient users they still have, with making some of the many ideas they have from the users, to a reality.
AND they have removed some good features that was in the earlier versions ( pagedefined slideshow and many menuitems in the header )
For every idea from the users, the reply is : Our developers always read the ideas messages to evaluate what can be added in future versions of our software.
BUT - if You look in the ideas, You will find very few that has been realized.
I think that INCOMEDIA has been SO busy with making announcements all over the web for the product, that they have forgotten to focus on the product.
Despite of all this - with my experience from EARLIER versions, I believe in the product, and I advice You to wait for a new update that MUST come soon - else - there is other software on the market.
Kind Regards
Schwartz
Hello Ole Hansen,
Which exact message you receive when you experience the crash?
Can you send me a screenshot?
Which windows version are you using?
Many thanks!

Hi Claudio
As I wrote; Only one time I had a crash report... All other times, the screen simply freezes and the programme closes.
The crash report I had was, that Windows discovered a problem, and tried to restart the programme.
Windows version is 10.

Hello Ole Hansen,
does this happens only with one project or as example also if you start a new one?
Please try to repair the .NET Frameworks by following these steps:
To repair the .NET Frameworks 3.5 and 4 you need as first to use following cleanup tool to remove .NET 4:
http://cid-27e6a35d1a492af7.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog_Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
Once done go to Control Panel then choose Programs and Features and then click on Turn Windows features on or off. Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1
This procedure can take some time to deactivate and activate .NET 3.5.1 and once done reinstall .NET 4 after downloading it from following link:

Many thanks!

Hi Claudio,
WebSite x5 ver 13 Pro crashes with old, new and test WEB-pages.
Thank you for the instructions, but if I was interested in doing programming - or anything else regarding computers, other than being a user (possibly a experienced user) - then I would have chosen another education, than machanical engineering!
And I would propably not have bought your programme, but found a proffessional WEB-designer programme.
So I won't follow your instructions - the problemn is at your programme - and you must fix all bugs. I will spend my time on my WEB, and as manager of construction sites for power plants.
You, as a programmer, will propably be more comfortable fixing bugs in your programme - than explaining workers how to act on construction sites.
Best regards

Hello Ole Hansen,
This issue seems to depend on a windows component used by the program which is no longer working as expected.
The steps I wroteyou are easy to follow to fix this windows component to the original state which will alloww the program to work correctly.
Many thanks!
