Empty Template is never empty?

New user. I create a new project, and I want an Empty Template.
But the empty template is never empty. It has a blue header and footer.
I want a truely empty template....?

This is the empty template. But they need to have a colour, the colours are there to show the design and boundrys. You can very easy change them to your wishes.
There is the possibility to disable the template and only display the contents of the site.
Where: 3 Sitemap - Properties of the page - Check "Create page without Tamplate" with setting of the width of the side!
