Good day! I encountered a problem which I would like to solve with your help. The element to insert the title is not correct indicates the font size. Choose 36px for example, in the mobile version it looks smaller than the main text. Tell me how to solve this problem?

If the object is in the heather then make the object bigger in the corresponding heather of the responsive part. Or even make the heather bigger.

I need the header size was the same in responsive design and in the version for desktop computer, put 28px for example, on a desktop it corresponds to the fixed amount, in the mode of responsive design, it is almost two times decreased, up to the size of the main text. Please tell me how to fix it ?
Are all header size's the same height in all responsives modes (the 4 colours on the left) in template structure (step2).
Are also all sizes of the text in header and footer (step2) content the same height (so also the 4left colour responsive settings?
If so then all objects shout stay the same height. I have tested this and it stays the same.
Are all objects set in the header?
Maybe a website will help if these pointers don't help.
