I can't download Evolution 11 to my new computer

I have a license for Evolution 11. I bought a new computer. I uninstalled Evolution 11 from the old computer, but when I tried to download Evolution 11 from websitex5.com, I got a message that Windows couldn't open
wsx5_ev.1486837530
I clicked to have it browse the Internte, without success. I don't know which program on my computer would open it.
Evolution 11 worked fine on my old computer. How can I get an Evolution 11 download for my new computer? My new computer is a Lenovo ThinkPad T460.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

You can download it here from the helpcenter.
Goto your portal, top right pulldown menu next to your name, select download.

Yes, I did that, but what about the message that Windows couldn't open wsx5_ev.1486837530? The program won't open after download.
You just need to download it, set it on your desktop and double click it , the install will then start.
i just tryed it and it started instaling x5, after it's finished you have a link on your desktop where you can start x5 with. You don't need any program to start installing.
If this does not work try setting off any virewall or virus scanner. Maybe they interfere.
