Video Problems

Hi, I made our school website about 7/8 years ago using Website X5. The last two years I can't get any videos to upload onto our site. I have tried converting them, zipping them, a variety of softwares to reduce video size etc. I never had an issue before. I can see them in the website X5 software and they play in preview but when uploaded to web, only an empty box appears.
You can see this in 'events', 'music comp' on www.presfermoy.org
Any help/suggestions are appreciated,

Which version do you own? Unfortunately, the direct technical support for the older versions is no longer avaiable, I am sorry.
This does not mean that you cannot get any support ay all: the other users and the moderators are avaiable to provide you with the needed help.
