Web is not working ( program is making wrong file "index")

Hello,
I have problem with program websiteX5 Evolution 12. When I am transfering my project to PC or web, program is generate file "index" in wrong language. There should by file index in html, but program is generate that as php. After put on server is website not working. This is first time what happend to me this kind of problem. I also tried reinstall program and it is still not working. In another project it is OK.
You can see in attachment, that file "index" is in wrong web language.
Do you know what is the problem and Why it is generating like this?
My website: www.skstudio.sk (I have there old version, which is working)

Check if you set the correct language here? step1 general settings?

Go to step 2 and open the properties of the home page and in the "export" tab change the extension to html in "file name format".

thank you very much for help with that.
I had there setting html in "file name format". But I found where is problem.
I have setting for first home page (see picture) something (recognize the language in the Homepage) and there is not possible change php on html. See picture . When I deleted first home page (language settings), program started generate file index in html code. So there exist some colision.
Is it possible eliminate or modify this in future? Or How I could use that first homepage without this problem?

The language detection function requires PHP to make the code work and it cannot be set in HTML.
