Website x13 - lost my header and footer with all the custumization

Hello Team:
I was working in a project and made several changes in forms, header/footer and many other areas. All of the suddent project crashed on me and when I restarted I have all the pages and contents but my template section is empty. It is asking me to select a template, if I do so it shows empty header where has tons of information..
Any help will be appreciated

Have you actually lost your header/footer content, or if you go to step 2 template, customisation, headers and footers, is the content there but does not display in preview?
When V12 is imported into V13, all text in headers and footers is converted to an image.
Place a text box over each text image, recreate it as real text, and then remove the text image.

Open the preferences when you start the program to see in which folder the projects are stored and then open this folder in windows.
Inside the folder with the name of the project you experience the issue open the backup folder and copy the latests file with .iwprj2 as ending and paste it in the main folder.
Rename the existing project.iwprj2 file to old.iwprj2 and the backup file you pasted in project.iwprj2 and then try to open again the project to see if then the header footer content is shown.
