Terms of Use for WebSite X5 Templates

I found a Multi-Purpose Single Page template on marketplace called Business. I wanted to have it and I saw the next picture:
There on one hand I can see that it is free (Nr 1), on the other hand there is a button Buy (Nr 2).
In your terms I read a sentence that: i can use free templates for as many websites as I want without any limit in nuber of websites. But on the other hand there is also a sentence that i can use the purchased Template only on one single project/website.
Please, I have 3 questions:
1. Can I use this Template on more websites than one?
2 On the bottom of the Template there is a sentence: Created with WebSite X5. If I bought this Template, could I delete that text?
3 If I want to download a Template from users section which is always free as you say, do I have to give some kind of reference to author, for example if there is the name of the author on the bottom of template, can I delete it? Where can I read if there are any special rules I would have to apply?

I will add an answer to each question below:
1. If you purchase a full template you only have the chance to use it for one project. If you wish to use it in several, you may purchase another copy of it.
2. Anything in the Full template can be changed/deleted.
3.What section are you talking about exactl

You do not have to give reference to the author and you can delete whatever you do not wish to use in your project.
There are no particular rules and if you have any questions about them, please feel free to contact the author.

Thank you for quick reply, just once more to question 1: for example there is a Photolica Templateand if I want to download it, I can see the situation shown below:

My question is still the same: Can I use this Template on more websites than one? Is this in your interpretation a puchased Template or a free, (because I can download it free). Or should I everytime "buy" it for free for second website? (actually if I buy it for free, I am not Buying it)

thank you for your answer.
The Project you have pointed out ''Photolica'', is free. This means that if you hit on ''buy'' you can download it and use it as you please, as many time as you want. I'm sorry for the confusion.
