Description field removal from Cart verification email

The website cart works perfectly for my needs except for 1 small issue. When a customer/I receive the email confirming the order(Invoice) I would like to remove the full description field from the email.
I only require the item description, not a full description of the item. Some of the products have a very long description on the cart page, and if they are included in the confirmation email, the message can take up 4 or 5 pages to print, instead of a single page.

Restrict the description to the legally necessary and use the link on the picture to get to the page with the detail description.
With some html it is also possible to insert a link (completely with http: // ....) into the description, which then even from the email to the detailed description works.
