Creating a New Blank Template - the Default Language is Spanish - How to change to English

When starting a new project and using the default template it seems the default language is Spanish.
What can i do to get the default changed to English or alternatively how can i simply change the Spanish to English without having to delete the Spanish and replace it with the English translation.

Mike, when you open your project or a new project, you should be able to select the preferred language.

This not spanish language...
When you create a new empty template the software automatically displays the elements "Logo", "Icons" and "Lorem Ipsum" as example and sometimes the search field in Italian (Cerca).
Just delete them from the "Header and footer content" page.

Thank's for the response. I have deleted them. Being Australian i didn't recognise the language and therefore the intent of the boxes was unknown.
