Row format image background - responsive design

Hi,
I have a important question about row format setup using an image as background with the property "Extend to the width of the browser window" is enabled.
We use pictures that are scaled to fix a screensize up to 28" and down to mobile viewport. We can only specify one picture and when scaling down its looks unprofessional. You only see a part of the picture depending on how the picture is aligned in the row format setup e.g. left, center, right.
How do we fix this in website x5 13 PRO ?
please take a look on the landing page (home) at www.endsearch.dk and scale it down to mobile version.
Is there another way to present pictures on a webpage with extension to full width of window?

On mobile devices the image is adapted according to the height and in this case the image is visible only in part.
You have some objects in the header or footer which are outside the content area in the lower breakpoints and this makes appear the horizontal scrollbar. Move them in the content area in step 2 header and footer content in every breakpoint.
