Text is displayed through the header but not through the menu

Still a little problem.
I have fixed the menu and the header on all pages ( statistics SEO and Code - expert ).
When I scroll up the page contents the "colour" disappears behind the header and menu, but the text is displayed through the header but not through the menu.
The menu is situated "Horizontal - menu inside the header".
Do you have a solution for letting the text dissapear behind the header?

Can you please write me the link to the website so I can see on what it depends?
Did you add any custom HTML code in the project?
If yes try to remove it to see if then it appears correctly.
