Drop Down List  en

Dear guys,

I try to create a form using "select option" in the "e-mail form" of a page's section by "Drop Down List" (check me if I use the correct option), but the title ("your domain") is displayed out of the "select option", not instead of the "-" how shows the attachment.

How can I change it (the title to be displayed in form, instead of the "-")?

Thank you very much!

Hello Cap V.,

As default for a list nothing is selected and it's why it appears - instead of one of the choices.

In case of lists the field name is always outside of the list since the list needs to contain only the options to choose.

Many thanks!

Thank you for answers. In HTML Code I have seen the "field name" may put instead of the "-" (using "select" tag followed by options where the visitor choose a single choice) and I believed that "website x5 evolution 11" may do the same instructions, but I go further :)

I have solved this problem by the end, using the "HTML Code Object" insteadof "E-mail Form Object" (how I wanted initialy), but now I have an other problem in other template in "HTML Code Object".

Here it doesn't permit me to edit "width" (The "select" tag of HTML Code Object (no. "Select your domain) together with his options have "180px" from maximum "900px" of the template's width). I have tryed to put "190x" instead of "304px" (in the same row I need about large space for other three fields completed using "Main object" from "Page creation").

How could I edit this property attached in below's image? Thank you very much for help :)

Hello Cap V.,

The width cannot be edited and depends on the width of the object on step 3. You can increase the width of the cell below withthe arrows or extend the object over more cells.

Many thanks!
