Hello Niels
X5 has a blog-feature, but this means that it is the webmaster that should open a discussion.
If you are hosted at one.com you can integrate their blog-feature ( via iframes ) . In one-com's blog users can start a dsicussion if you allow this and they can comment if you allow this.
You can see an example here : http://www.bramming-billard.dk/turneringsnyt-vis2.html
The system can be set so only logged-in users can access the posts. Yoy see an example of this here :

A good way is to use a member - system. ADMIDIO ( https://www.admidio.org )
This is a good system - also for blogging. You can also integrate their system via iframes.
You can see an example of this here on this testsite : http://c4dshow.com/member-system.html
And the system used for showing links here : http://c4dshow.com/3d-figuren.html ( click on the side menu Animals and so to see the ADMIDIO-links in an iframe )
The system can be set up in different languages - including Danish.
Hope you can use some of this.
Kind regards
John S.
If you juse coment and rating icon, you can pick the disqus choise - and then you have a place where members and so on can put their questions and answers.
Hello again.
At second thought the ADMIDIO is not good as blog-software. It has excellent internal messages and even chat, but it has no blog feature. It has advertisement and then message - but this is not a blog.
It is excellent for event management, download control system and photos - but not blogs.
The best you could do is - if you are hosted at one.com - take a look at their blog - their blog feature is really good.
You can have more blogs and each with different categories. But if you are not hosted at one.com then just forget my posts.
Kind regards
John S.

ciao
.
KolASim - I have earlier tried to set up a system in X5, where users can start a thread and other users can answer to this specific thread/post - no luck.
I haven't managed to figure this out by using the X5. I mean a system like here on the forum where a user can start a post and other users can comment this specific post. Do you mean that we can do this via the questbook ?
Do you have an example site I can visit ?
Kind regards
John S.
no, ... x fixed / defined arguments, managed by the owner of the site. A regular (or +) guestbook .
(IT) - no, ...x argomenti fissi/definiti, gestiti dal titolare del sito. Un normale (o +) guestbook.
