For the contact form to work you need PHP support with your webhosting.

first thing is to check if you have this.

if you have, then check how your webhost handle mails there are several methodes in x5 cause not all webhosts handle this the same way, you can set the correct one in step1 -> TAB advanced -> datamanagement.

You better test this before changing it, this you can do in your admin panel of x5.

Goto your website and write behind it /admin.

then login with the account that is set in x5 step1 -> TAB advanced -> acces management.

there you will find a test page to test the mailfunctionalty.
