Email purchase confirmation not received  en

Hi everyone,

Can you tell me why I havent received a purchase/customer details confirmation email from a cart purchase.

Payment was by PayPal and i received a paypal confirmation but not one from my website so i dont have the order details

Thanks for any help lovely people

Hello Dave S.,

Try to test if you make a test order if the email arrives. If also so the email is not arriving then probably you need to change email script type in step 1 data management since it could be the hosting made a change and it requires to change the script type to make it work.

If during the test the email arrives it could depend on the hosting mail server which had probably a temporar issue and the email was not sent. I would suggest you in any case also to enable the option to send the orders to a database so you will also have them on the database saved.
