If you by line mean a row on a page, then  you can set the height via using a html-object.

You shall put nothing in the html-object, but you can specify the heightfor the object and by this the height for the row..

This way you can specify an exact height for a row.

You should be able to achieve what you want by modifying cell style (right click on the cell, select object style, edit). You can then modify the inner and out margins. If you do this on 2 adjacent cells you should be able to remove all white space.

However, if the image on the left at the top is a movie embedded as code in an html cell, then you may also have a value specifying the height of the cell which can be changed.

you can also set the distance between the rows increasing the Outer Margin from the Cell Style section on Step 4.
