How to change background picture in free template "the artisans way"

How can I change the backgroundpicture which is in this template? I see the back of a man his head. If you scroll down you see other pictures like a crafsman and a sitting corner with a deer on a cushion.
Where can i change it?

This is normally found in the page in the row formats option.
goto home page, take first row in the row formats window.
