Email confirmation to costumer

When a costumer is ordering something in my webshop, I am getting the order on my mail, but the costumer did not receive any mail / invoice from my webshop.

Att: This webshopI have stored in a sub directory at my provider.
I host at my provider www.jwberg.nl and this site is hosted at www.jwberg.nl/worstexpress
I want to make sveral webhops under 1 domain. when I orderd from www.jwberg.nl everything is ok.
When I orderd from www.jwberg.nl/worstexpress everything seems ok, but the costumer do not get his order confirmation/invoice.

Oeps.... Forgot to activate the new email-adres at my ISP.
