My site has crashed and i cant open even though i have back up files. i need a screenshot help how to open backup site

MY SITE CRASH AND I CANT OPEN. I have XML DOCUMENT ERROR (0,0.)
I HAVE A BACK UP BUT THE INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO OPEN BACK UP IS NOT CLEAR . I NEED A SCREEN SHORT ON HOW I CAN USE OR OPEN BACK UP SITE PLEASE

Using Windows explorer, navigate to where your project is stored. Now enter the backup folder inside the project folder. Highlight a recent backup, Right Click and select copy.
Navigate back to the parent (project) directory.
Right click anywhere on an empty area, and select paste.
Highlight Project.iwprj2 and right click to select rename. Rename as broken.iwprj2
Highlight the backup, rename as project.iwprj2.
Now start WX5, select your project and cross your fingers.
