No images displaying in Evelution 14 website

Kindly take a look at http://www.defreitas.info - a site under construction. Its main purpose is as an image store for my family - many very old images.
Not a single image is appearing - not even the thumbnails.
This is a version 14 site.

That looks very strange, try a full upload.
Did the uploud donmall files? Or where there errors?
What object did you use, and did you set any options?

The pictures seem to exist, but the server reports:
Forbidden
You do not have permission to access /favicon.png on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use on ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Check the settings on the server for pictures and directories?
