I tried to restart my PC, still crash also. My PC is running under Windows 7 - 64 bit version

Today, i am trying to install to another PC, running Windows 10 - 64 version and still.. the software crashed when tried to download and install this template.

just tried other FREE Template, it can be downloaded and installed successfully.

But at this moment, i am interesting with Wear What template and i had bought it for 20 credits.

Do you think the template itself broken ?

I don't know, it could also be a net framework problem.

try to (re) install .NET Framework v4.6.2 from microsoft, else I would not know.

If this does not help, let me know I will set the post for Incomedia to respond.

i couldn't find way to uninstall the .NET Framework 4.6.2 on my Windows 10 installation but i had downloaded and run a simple tool to verify my .NET Framework installation and it seems to be OK.

Can you please try to run the program with the rightclick option as Administrator and then test again to see if it can be downloaded?

The full template you purchased can be downloaded from the download section of your profile and then you can imported as IWZIP file.

i tried to run the program using Administrator level and still... the program crashed when download reach 100%

I guess the program crash during installation progress because of the '?' character because the name of the template is using question mark : Wear What?

So tired of seeing the program crashed, i tried your alternative way. 

I downloaded the template, and imported into the program. But when i come to Pages section, i've got many exclamation mark. The animated image object isn't installed. See attached screenshot. How to install the animated image object ?

To install the object you need to click on "Manage" in step 4 on the top right and there select the object "Animated image" and install it.
