Hello,
Can somebody tell me how I can make it correctly, see the picture.
When I open my website with my smart phone then I see the scroll bar which I can remove the page to right and to the left side.

You almost certainly have an object placed that is outside of the header (or footer) area.
Go to step 2 Template, Template Content and select mobile resolution. It will be difficult to see (a faint dotted line) until you click on it, then the handles will appear. At this point you can drag it into the header, resize it or hide it from that view.
