Dear Claudio,

It is propably that the crash of the project related with bad harddisc. I changed HDD to new SSL together with reinstal of Windows but I have problem with the project I can't refresh by use of the back. I send you my projc by Czech coud server Uschovna (WetTransfer can't send free files bigger 2GB). Can you please try to refresh my project?

Unfortunately I have not any other details than I wrote. Windows 10 (system) has fallen down after I click to preview of my project ... so inthis moment wasn't any possibility how to do printscreen. But how I wrote before, most likely my computer had a hard disk problem that was replaced last week and the operating system was reinstalled. But unfortunately, I failed to recover the project from the backups that I regularly created, and therefore the main thing I need is - help with the restoration of the project I sent you in last a message. But I see that no one didn't download that file to this time.

first of all please read these hints about how to restore a backup:

In case of difficulties you should please send me all project files, so I can check if it is possible to recover it. Go to the project folder, which is usually under C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v14 - Professional (yourusername refers to your Windows account) and create a zipped file of the whole project folder, then upload it online using this service: https://wetransfer.com/ . Finally, select the link generation and write it here, so I can download the file.

You perhaps didn't read previously comunication, cause there I wrote that backups can't be used (I'm very sorry but I read how to restore a backup first before I ask you for help) but any from 4 backups can't be used with note:"There was an error creating a backup copy". I further wrote that portal WebTransfer can be used only for files to 2 GB and my project is 2,5 GB so I sent them by our portal "Uschovna" and this link I was add into 2 message back.
