Can't start upload

I have the problem to find an folder with the index.htlm it is not in an folder it is separately on the end of all folders so i cannot choise it for starting upload what can i do

the index file does not need to have an html extension.
But you wrote htlm, is this a tyo or maybe searched for wrong extension.
You don't need it to create an upload, for that you need the project, so I am not sure if I understand correctly.
If above does not help please elaborate.
