My sites are displayed in the mobile version incorrectly

Mobile sites (mobile, tablet) are displaying poorly. As if they were zoomed and run to the right.

1. Websites do not hold the horizontal position, they move spontaneously to the left.
2. Websites are shrinking, no other websites do this.
Marcel, if the problem still exists, how can this issue be marked as solved??
I have only ever seen this issue when the developer fails to ensure that ALL content is well within the limits of the header and the footer on the site.
On http://family-pension.hys.cz/ there appears to be an issue.

http://family-pension.hys.cz/ ... I've managed to resolve this site,
but
http://chorvatsko-penziony.cz/ , http://viet-star.hys.cz/ with this site, the problem still remains, even though I have proceeded the same way when removing errors.
On your computer (when you resize your browser) it is ok, but when showing up on my cell phone, there's the bug still there! (I deleted browsing history on my mobile)

for http://chorvatsko-penziony.cz/ you still have Objects going on top on one another in both header and footer
for http://viet-star.hys.cz/ the footer is fine, but you have the Menu-Objet and the Title Object exceeeding the space for the header.
Please check this and let me know if you can solve the issue. Kind regards.
