White area on the right side of smaller screen devices

Hi there!
I have a problem. I am currently testing Website X5 by (re-) building my fathers website to be better and mobile compatible. I am finished so far, everything works fine, but on smaller devices, like an phone, or an tablet, on the right side there is an area, that is not visible at first, but on the bottom of the page thre is a horizontal scroll bar. With that you can go left and right. On the Right side that area will show, and it really does not look good. How can I manage to get rid of it? Thank you very much!

This is what I mean.
Puia, "something" in the header or footer at mobile resolution is outside of the allocated space (image, title, search box, etc).
Go to Template/Template Content, select mobile resolution, now in both the header and the footer, click on every object. If you cannot see all 8 handles it is falling outside of the area.
