You have to upload the PDF to the internet and then make a link to it.

OR

You have to use an object where you can specify a file from the PC. Could be the PDF-file object.

Or the catalog viewer object.

If using an object, then it will be viewed when the project is uploaded to the internet.

You can also use a Text object :

and put a link in your text, like :

Then the link is your PDF file on your PC.

Choose the option open it in a contextuel window and complete the dimensions.

This process makes possible to download, print and zoom.

You can see it with the preview.
