I have created a small project just to check email sending. It consists of only one form and is stored on "one.com". (Guess this is ok since this is they are recomended partner). Problem is that I never receive anything on my email address. I am using Website X5 14 Professional. Image of specs for "Contact Object Form" is attached.

Hi Terje,
Could it be that you haven't yet published your site to a web server? The mail functionality works after you have published.
If you have published go to the admin-part of your site (www.yoursite.com/admin), log in with the email-address and username you have given the admin user in step 1 (General Settings), 2nd tab, Access Control (2nd row, 2nd column). In the Website Test you can check if your email is working. You can choose from 5 different script types. When you have found one that works you can set this in WebsiteX5 in the General Setting, 2nd tab, Databases (2nd row, 3th column).
Perhaps the names of your tabs are different (I use a Dutch version).
Good luck!

Robert,
The site has been published on www.one.com. (www.terjehagen.com/test)
I don't know if you are using one.com, but the admin page you refer to (www.terjehagen.com/test/admin in my case) ask for a password I have never given, and frankly, I can't find any of the fields you refer to. Do you by any chance have a screen dump where the fields you refer to can be seen?

Okay, I tried all 5 script types, but none of them worked.
So, it's back to square one, still unable to send mail from my Contact Form Object.
I have also upgraded to Websitex5 ver. 15. That didn't help.
Hi Terje,
The email configuration can be a tricky one sometimes. According to the hosting you're using, it might require particular settings to follow certain rules.
What email are you using as the "sender" for your contact form? For example, on one.com, you must make sure that the domain of your email address matches the domain of your website. So for example, if your website is www.test.com, your email should look like ***
I suggest you look into this together with the One.com support service, so that they can help you configure your webmail in order for you to be able to send them from the Contact form correctly.
Once you got that part done, should it still not be working, please get back to my so that we can further look into this issue.
Keep me updated

Stefano,
Thanks for your reply.
I just found this out myself. This seems to me like a strange limitation, as I want to send a mail to my gmail account.
I also seem to remember that this used to work, but not anymore. I will check with one.com if they have a solution to this.
