When you purchase a Full Template can you use it more than once  en

Hello.

I purchased a full template  and would now like to use it again for another website, is this possible. The full template when purchased came with a object which I have since purchased separately (Which happened to be the same price as the whole template as the rest was marked as free).

Do I have to buy it again to use.

Were there any changes in the licence? About one year ago there were said one template for one project - if you need a template for two projects (for example for two customers) you were forced to buy it twice...
