How do I upgrade

I have Website X5 Evolution 12, but the template I want is evolution 13. How do I upgrade. What do I need to get to be able to use this template.

Kate, the minimum version will be v13, so v13 or later will be fine. You need to upgrade to v15
Before doing so, click on your profile (top right) and check offers just in case there are any.
If you are upgrading an existing project, you will need to go to step 5 export, export project in v12. In v15 you can import the iwzip created during this step.

the Offers just says x5 Evolution + so how do I know what version it is? It is a bit stiff that I purchased the current v12 just 3 weeks ago from a store in Florida and now I have to pay another $40 to upgrade just to use the templates which I will have to pay for as well...
Strange that v12 is still sold, that is wrong, I would suggest to send it back and ask a refund because v15 is the latest version and is longer then 3 weaks available. that is the version they should have sold.
You always get from Incomedia latest version, that is V15, and upgrades for a year.
