YouTube link not responding

I am enjoying Website X5 Evolution 10 since purchasing it from my local Staples store. I am trying to link my youtube video to my web page and have attached the message I am receiving. The youtube clip opens on my desktop; tablet; and smartphone, and works fine, but as you cas see by the message I am getting, not on my page.
It is becoming very frustrating as I have spent many hours over the past week trying everything I can think of to get it working. HELP!
