Hello,

I've uploaded my website and tried to see whats happening at www.mydomain.com/admin. After login there is nothing to see. Even after a couple of days (I know there are visitors on my site).

Why is this empty? Am I missing something?

Best Regards,

Sander

Is PHP support from your website provider available? Is it on version 7?

Check with your provider, if ok, do a full upload, then visit your website, press F5 and check again.

Yes PHP is available. I did a full upload already.

In X5 there is an option to choose between X5 admin and Google analytics. I've choosen Google, is that why the admin page is empty?

No. the admin page is always available.

But I think I misunderstood, I thought the complete admin panel was not available, but I think it's only the anallytics part you are talking about.

Then the answer is yes, you need to set the x5 analytics, if you set google, you need to check for data in your google panel.

Best Regards,

Hello Andre,

Thanks for the answer, do I get the same data as I get from Google?

Or is there less information?

Best Regards

I don't know.

There is still a bug in the data from x5 (for me) so I used it not so much, ost people won't have the bug.

I use statcounter, it's free with enough space for me (if you have more traffic you have to pay) But normal use is more then enough and I get a lot of information, more then from X5.

I never used google, is you have read more posts from me, you know that I try to get away from google as much as possible,  don't get me worong, they give great software, and most for free, but you pay with privacy and information from yourself and your visitor's. And google is feeding on that very eagerly.

And yes -befor I get all kind of google fan's over me- statcounter also feeds on information your website statistics.

But IMHO I don't think so, I expect google gives more information then x5.
