The images that I inserted into the header are not resizing on smart phone.

Hello Hiu,
You have to do one thing. As the viewport of Smartphones is 320px, so you have to create a new viewport of 320px and edit all contents for this viewport>You can create a viewport at Step 2:Template-Resolution & Responsive Settings.
Now, you have to edit that image from you pc. like if this image is 300X300 then you can edit it to 100X100. Then Go to your project>Then insert an Image block>Then right click on that image box and select Position and Size>Then change the size to 100X100>Now simply insert your image to your image block and save it.

Hiu, it is up to you to resize/reposition all images/objects at the various resolutions. Simply click on the image/ object handles and resize, or click on the object and drag within the header. This applies equally to the menu object if you do not wish to use the hamburger menu. This must be done for every resolution in step2 Template, template content.
