Hi Riccardo,

I downloaded the 16.2.1 download section from my account. I have uninstalled version 16.3.0 and reinstalled version 16.2.1. Unfortunately, when you try to register the version, a message appears:
"error: 314 In the last period, numerous applications have been made with a request for a new unlocking code for your profile.

Contact our technical support office to get detailed information about your profile and how to activate it."

why can not I re-register version 16.2.1 and I get an error 314?
